Service Description

This will be a social run of one hour. You can run whatever distance is best for you, if you want to do 5km, that's absolutely fine - if you want to push further then go for it! There will be varying routes and you can choose your own distance. The course is £50.00 for the 8 weeks. We will meet and run from Coulsdon town centre, meeting outside Pets Galore, 220 Brighton Rd, CR5 2NF
