Come and train with me.

My name is Louise and I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.

I specialise in helping those ladies new to, or returning to exercise.

Maybe you're lacking confidence & wanting to improve your physical and mental health.

Perhaps your are perimenopausal or going through the menopause and want to improve your metabolism, increase muscle mass, improve bone density, reduce your risk of osteoporosis - or just start to feel like 'you' again.

I am a very approachable, down to earth trainer with a positive outlook. I will help you see what your body CAN DO, rather than focusing on what it can't.

I want to help you enjoy exercise and/or running for both the physical and mental health benefits it provides.

​

My home gym near Redhill is private and tranquil, you can come here and really feel like you are 'getting away from it all'  Train with me here by yourself, or share a session with a friend.

Surrounded by fields and countryside it really is a very peaceful environment to train in.

​

Alternatively I can train you in your own home or garden, or outside in a local park.

​

I hate getting old, then throw perimenopause on top and it feels like your whole world is falling apart.  Louise called me to say come try my new circuits class, as I was finding it hard to commit to running.  Oh my goodness I was hooked !

Every week I now attend 1 circuits class and 2 PT sessions, I am feeling stronger and more energised.  The classes are fun & sociable with a great group of people.  The PT sessions allow Louise to push me to succeed, however she is always mindful of my back and knee pressures.

I can not thank her enough for showing me a new path to exercise that I just love.
