Service Description

This is a relaxed, social run. Having a catch up, putting the world to rights.......maybe even having a moan ! All whilst enjoying a run with great company. Session of up to an hour, covering various distances of between 5km and 8km, everyone run's at their own pace. A group to enjoy the mental health benefits of running, as much as the physical benefits.
