30 & 45 minute run training sessions
Service Description
We offer several training sessions a week, during both the day and the evening. Our training group sessions are different each week, the aim of the group is to improve strength, stamina and pace. The sessions are 30 or 45 minutes long and incorporate different sessions such as hills, timed intervals, intervals of different distance and fartlek training. We have runners of all different abilities and everyone works to their own level. They really are suitable for everyone. We train hard but like to have fun with it too. These sessions can be attended whenever you can make it, rather than signing up for a course. They are £6 per session or you can purchase 8 sessions in advance for £40 which you can use at any time.
